13 O' Clock Records is proud to unleash the third chapter from one-man rock n' roll wrecking machine Arsene Obscene. If his past two releases on Slovenly and P Trash Records haven't made much of a blip on your radar, then it's prime time to become acquainted NOW! Over the past couple of years, this solo project from one of the members of French punk band Veines has been serving up some serious doses of D.I.Y. Killed by Death-style lo-fi punk rock. White hot distorted destructo guitar riffage, primitive drum machine beats, and snotty, angst-ridden vocals sung in French rip through these 4 new songs, perhaps in a nutshell answering what it might sound like if guitarist Frankie Fix from Crime played with members of the Electric Eels, Metal Urbain, and Volt. This ain't no mere toe-tapping, mildly bob your head music. This is a heavy concentration of high energy punk rock to send you bouncing off the walls!
